Velveteen is a kind of velveteen, which is made of cashmere and finished by cutting. Its surface is dense, flat, erect and glossy, so it is called velveteen. Cotton yarn is used as warp and weft yarn of velveteen. Velveteen is plump and smooth, with thick texture, soft handle, soft luster, wear-resistant and durable, good warmth retention, elastic and not easy to wrinkle.

According to the different pile yarns, it can be divided into warp velveteen (cut velvet) and weft velveteen (cut weft velvet). It is not suitable to scrub the velveteen when washing, so as not to affect the fullness and smoothness of the velveteen.
